Breadstall is brought to us from the man behind Honest Burgers, so there is a certain level of confidence (and excitement) that you feel when heading on a pizza pilgrimage to Breadstall.
This 'Food Diaries' adventure took us to their Soho site to experience how they’re truly slicing up the London food scene. Forget everything you thought you knew about pizza, because these guys are doing something seriously special with their iconic Biga Dough.
Firstly, walking into Breadstall is an instant mood-lifter. You're immediately hit with that irresistible aroma of freshly baked dough and sizzling toppings, and the pizzas are beautifully laid out before you. You can tell right away that passion for pizza isn't just a marketing slogan here; it's baked right into every single bite!

We arrived with serious appetites, ready to experience the magic of their 20-inch Biga Dough pizzas. And wow, what a game-changer that dough is. Crispy on the base, beautifully fluffy on the crust. The best things about the menu:
The Slices: The beauty of Breadstall is grabbing it by the quarter, half, or whole. I love being able to get a taste of multiple pizzas by just having a slice!
Spicy Pepperoni with Candied Jalapeños & Hot Honey: Honey on pizza is life changing. Enough said.
Rocket Burrata with Pesto: Fresh, vibrant, and incredibly satisfying.
Beyond Pizza: We might have also indulged in some of their perfectly paired beers or cocktails, and definitely saved room for their awesome gelato. Because, when in pizza heaven...
It’s clear that every single pizza at Breadstall is a labour of love, from the unique dough to the perfectly chosen toppings.
